summary
Evidence Without Exaggeration
This distinction matters. A strong study can show that a practice is beneficial; it cannot by itself prove a religion true. Likewise, an Islamic ruling does not need a newly discovered medical explanation to be valid. The sound dawah approach is to welcome genuine harmony between revelation and research while rejecting sensational claims that the evidence does not support.

Popular Claims That Should Be Avoided
Other claims—such as pork being uniquely poisonous, sleeping on the right curing disease, eating an odd number of dates neutralizing every toxin, or prayer replacing medical care—also go beyond sound evidence. Honey and black seed have legitimate research interest, but neither should be advertised as a universal cure.
Evidence strength: Unsupported for the gold-and-testosterone claim.

Health Is a Trust, Not the Purpose of Worship
This harmony can help a sincere reader see Islam as a coherent way of life, but changing scientific theories should never be made the foundation of faith. Muslims follow revelation because it is from Allah; they also study the created world honestly, accept sound medicine, and refuse to defend truth with exaggeration.
